A burgundy Bertazonni range and the Tilt hoodfan from Zephyr are the centerpieces of this Richmond remodel. A truly amazing tile backsplash was created from recycled glass tile to help unify the design. Cabinetry is rift-cut white oak, countertops are quartz, and the floor is a custom designed vinyl tile.

A previously dark and dreary bathroom has been transformed into a bright and spacious retreat. River-rock inset tiles unify the space while also bringing some of the outside aesthetic indoors. Quartz surfacing is used on the window sill, shower threshold, vanity countertop and the tub deck, which also double as a seat in the custom shower.

This Point Grey remodel took advantage of a new addition to create what can best be described as a cooks' kitchen. A large work surface on the island, professional style range and fridge and lots of natural light create an environment suitable for the homewner who likes to spend her afternoons cooking with the grandchildren.
